Our commitment to safety

ELEVATE is an ARGUS aviation business, meeting high standards of business conduct and adhering to industry best practices. We are also members of the National Business Aviation Association and closely follow their standards and guidelines.

  • Each aircraft must at a minimum meet all government regulations and be commercially licensed to carry passengers for hire.

  • An independent oversight process vets your aircraft and pilots so you can be confident when it comes time to step on board.  Our third-party audit examines such elements as pilot training and experience, aircraft history and specifications, insurance, cleanliness, and other important safety details.

Aircraft cleaning procedures and air quality

  • Before and after each flight, CDC-recommended cleaning products for air travel along with disinfectant wipes are used to thoroughly wipe down aircraft interiors, including lavatories, tables, window shades, armrests, and all touch surfaces.

  • The air on private jets is not recirculated. Cabin air is entirely replenished between two and six minutes depending on the aircraft type, at a controlled rate to maintain comfortable cabin pressure.

Flight crew procedures

  • Pilots are required to closely monitor their health. According to federal law crew cannot report to work if they are feeling unwell.

  • Pilots will be wearing masks during any direct interactions with passengers.

  • Both aircraft and pilots are being restricted from overnighting in COVID hot spots.

  • Should pilots interact with someone suspected of carrying COVID-19, they are required to quarantine for 14 days and/or demonstrate negative test results before returning to work.

  • Pilots and operations teams continually monitor travel restrictions in the US and abroad.

Passenger experience

  • On the ground, private terminals have adjusted their operations for physical distancing and have implemented targeted cleaning procedures.

  • Passenger interaction with ground staff is minimized and passengers are encouraged to board their aircraft directly from their personal or pre-arranged vehicle. Be sure to ask us about specific procedures at any airport if you have questions.

  • Ground staff greeting you and handling your baggage have been trained to practice physical distancing guidelines and will always wear PPE.

  • Aircraft are stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for passenger use.

Catering

  • ELEVATE only works with pre-approved and reputable catering firms that service private aviation and exercise strict food preparation and transportation protocols.

  • Please feel free to bring any food or beverage items with you.

  • Please be advised that many aircraft operators have modified their standard onboard selection.

Arranged ground-transportation

  • ELEVATE sources any pre-arranged ground transportation from Limo Link, a national and international network of pre-screened and highly professional drivers who must meet stringent protocols for vehicle disinfection, PPE, and overall vehicle cleanliness.
