Understanding your needs

First, the team will get an understanding of your needs: where do you need to go, when, and who will be travelling with you? Will you have a lot of baggage or other equipment to transport? Did you know your pets can usually fly with you in the cabin?

Budget

Next, you’ll discuss some budget basics. Did you know that if your flight will be two hours or less, a turboprop aircraft might be an option to save some money? Turboprops have all the comforts of light jets but are more economical for shorter trips. If a jet is required, ELEVATE has access to thousands of aircraft operated by safe, approved providers around the world. We will source the perfect aircraft for your needs, from a light jet all the way up to an ultra-long-range business jet. You are never locked into a fixed fleet of planes. ELEVATE vets all operators and pilots against a series of safety and service criteria to ensure you can feel confident when stepping on board.

Presenting your options

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Our approach is easy on the eye, with photos and maps to guide you to the right choices. We’ll commonly show you a few different options at different price-points, with a slideshow of images and a description of the amenities on each plane. When you’ve made your choice, ELEVATE will send you an electronic quote and travel contract for review.  

Now, it’s time to finalize the arrangements. Everything is mobile-friendly, so it can be conveniently viewed and signed off from your cell phone. When the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. You will also receive a preliminary itinerary with basic details about your flight, including directions to the private airport terminal from which you will depart. With our mobile-friendly itinerary, your aircraft information is always handy no matter where you are.

Policies and payment

In general, a deposit is not required for flights that are two to three months out, unless there is a non-refundable portion of the itinerary. Deposits are commonly taken for travel that is six months or more in the future. You’ll be able to pay for your trip either by wire transfer or credit card. Your ELEVATE travel advisor will ensure you understand the trip cancellation policy. They will also advise on required travel documentation, including passports, visas, immunizations, tests, customs and clearance for any pets that may be travelling with you.

The team is also happy to assist with in-flight catering arrangements, ground transportation and any other customized concierge services.

A day or two prior to your scheduled departure, ELEVATE will be in touch to relay the names of your flight crew and to confirm any last minute details.

With you every step of the way

ELEVATE is with you every step of the way. On the day of your flight, we’ll let you know when your aircraft is in position. When you arrive at the private air terminal, also called an FBO, you’ll likely be cleared to drive right up to your aircraft. A valet will take your vehicle and in just a few steps, you’ll meet your pilots before buckling into a comfortable seat with lots of leg room.

When you arrive at your destination, ground transportation will be waiting. ELEVATE can arrange your rental car, limo or car service. If you’re flying internationally, customs will usually be handled by an officer who comes on board the aircraft. Sometimes, there will be a small terminal building where you will be cleared. Either way, service is quick and efficient for private passengers.

We maintain regular contact so you know exactly what’s happening with your travel arrangements. In fact, our team begins tracking your aircraft and weather forecast days in advance to identify any developing concerns as soon as possible. If there is anything to know, you’ll know it immediately.
